1. Introduction

Welcome to Success Academy Nashik. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Academy and every student, parent, or guardian who enrolls in our programs, accesses our services, or makes use of our facilities, whether in person or through online platforms. By registering for any course, attending classes, using our digital study material, or otherwise engaging with the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms are intended to create a transparent framework that protects the interests of the institution as well as the rights of every learner who joins our educational journey. We encourage all students and guardians to carefully review the following sections before proceeding with admission, and to seek clarification from our administrative team if any part of this document is unclear.

Education is a partnership between the Academy and the student, supported by parents and guardians. While Success Academy Nashik strives to provide the highest standards of academic training, the responsibility of learning and success also lies in active participation, commitment, and discipline by students. These Terms and Conditions set the foundation for mutual respect, fairness, accountability, and professionalism. They are legally binding and apply to every individual who engages with us in any capacity as a student or participant.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment at Success Academy Nashik is open to students who meet the academic and eligibility criteria for the specific program or batch they intend to join. The Academy reserves the right to define, modify, and update eligibility requirements for each course at any time, based on educational standards, competitive exam guidelines, or internal policies. Admission is confirmed only after the completion of the registration process, submission of accurate personal and academic details, and payment of the prescribed admission or registration fee.

Students and parents are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are authentic and verifiable. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during the admission process may lead to immediate cancellation of admission without refund. In cases where students are found ineligible after admission, the Academy reserves the right to terminate their enrollment immediately.

It is important to note that enrollment at the Academy does not guarantee academic success, selection in competitive examinations, or employment outcomes. The Academy provides a platform of knowledge, training, and guidance, but the outcome is dependent on the student’s dedication, effort, and application of knowledge.

3. Fees and Payments

All course fees must be paid according to the prescribed schedule, either as a one-time payment or through installment plans, if available. Payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to. Failure to pay fees on time may result in penalties, suspension of access to classes or online portals, and even cancellation of admission. The Academy reserves the right to deny entry to classes or withhold study material from students who have not cleared their dues.

Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except under extraordinary circumstances as defined by the Academy. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with the management. Processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from any approved refund. Students or parents must keep receipts of all payments made to the Academy as proof of transaction.

The Academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time for new admissions. Students already enrolled will continue under the terms agreed upon at the time of admission, unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional costs, such as examination fees, study material charges, or event participation fees, may apply and will be communicated separately.

4. Use of Study Material

All books, notes, assignments, and digital content provided by Success Academy Nashik are the intellectual property of the Academy. These materials are supplied exclusively for personal use by the student enrolled in the respective course. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of study material in any format is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including legal consequences.

Students are expected to handle printed and digital materials with care. Access credentials for online study platforms or e-resources are non-transferable and must not be shared with other individuals. Sharing, reselling, or misusing the Academy’s content for competitive institutions, coaching centers, or commercial gain will lead to immediate termination of admission without refund, along with potential legal action.

The Academy continuously updates its study material to reflect the latest syllabus and examination patterns. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Academy does not guarantee error-free content and will not be liable for any discrepancies that may arise in examinations or academic results due to syllabus changes or external factors.

5. Online Platforms and Digital Access

Success Academy Nashik may provide students with access to digital platforms, online classes, recorded sessions, and learning management systems. Students are responsible for arranging their own internet connection, devices, and software required to access these platforms. Technical difficulties on the student’s side will not be considered grounds for refunds, extensions, or additional services.

Login credentials provided to students are confidential and intended for individual use only. Any misuse, including sharing of login details with others or unauthorized access to digital resources, will lead to suspension of digital privileges and may also result in termination of admission. The Academy monitors digital usage to ensure fair access and reserves the right to take corrective action if misuse is detected.

Recorded sessions, if provided, are intended as supplementary resources and not a replacement for live classes. Students are encouraged to attend live sessions regularly to interact with faculty, clarify doubts, and maintain academic discipline. The availability of recordings may be limited to specific timeframes as per the Academy’s policy.

6. Student Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect for faculty members, peers, and administrative staff. Misbehavior, misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive activities will not be tolerated. The Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal abuse, bullying, use of offensive language, or any behavior that negatively affects the learning environment.

Students must attend classes on time, participate actively, and complete assignments or projects as instructed. Use of mobile phones, laptops, or other devices during class for non-academic purposes is strictly prohibited. Recording classes without prior written permission from the Academy is also not allowed.

Maintaining cleanliness, respecting property, and following safety guidelines within the premises are mandatory. Any damage to Academy property caused intentionally or negligently by a student will have to be compensated for by the student or their guardian.

7. Attendance and Performance Evaluation

Regular attendance is a key requirement for achieving academic success. Students must maintain the minimum attendance percentage as prescribed by the Academy for each course. Absenteeism without valid reason may affect eligibility for certain benefits, internal assessments, or participation in doubt-clearing sessions. In extreme cases, prolonged absenteeism can result in cancellation of enrollment.

The Academy evaluates student performance through tests, assignments, mock exams, and other assessment methods. These evaluations are designed to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement. Students are expected to participate sincerely in these evaluations, as they form an essential part of the learning process.

While the Academy provides performance feedback and guidance, the responsibility to act upon this feedback and improve lies primarily with the student. The Academy does not guarantee specific grades, ranks, or outcomes in external examinations.

8. Refunds and Withdrawals

All admissions to Success Academy Nashik are considered final. Fees paid at the time of admission or thereafter are generally non-refundable, except under conditions where the Academy itself cancels a course or discontinues a batch. In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges. No refunds will be made for voluntary withdrawals by students once classes have commenced.

Students who wish to withdraw from a program must submit a formal written request. No verbal requests will be entertained. Withdrawal after the commencement of classes does not absolve the student or guardian from their financial obligations, including payment of outstanding fees. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis by the management, whose decision will be final and binding.

In cases where students are expelled due to misconduct, violation of policies, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property created, developed, or distributed by Success Academy Nashik—including but not limited to study materials, class recordings, mock tests, logos, brand names, and website content—remains the exclusive property of the Academy. Students and parents acknowledge that they acquire no rights, titles, or interests in these materials by virtue of their enrollment or access.

Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the Academy’s intellectual property without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may attract civil and criminal liability under applicable laws. Students found violating this condition will face disciplinary actions, including termination of admission without refund.

Students who create academic projects, presentations, or contributions as part of their coursework grant the Academy a non-exclusive right to use such materials for academic or promotional purposes, with due credit given to the student where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Success Academy Nashik endeavors to provide the highest standards of education and support, but it cannot be held responsible for outcomes beyond its control. The Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, facilities, or study materials.

While faculty and staff strive to maintain accuracy in teaching and guidance, the Academy does not guarantee results in competitive exams, board exams, or other assessments. Student performance is influenced by personal effort, discipline, health, and external conditions that are not within the Academy’s control.

The Academy shall also not be responsible for interruptions in classes or services caused by natural calamities, pandemics, technical failures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such situations, the Academy may reschedule, modify, or shift classes to online platforms as deemed appropriate.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Success Academy Nashik collects personal information from students and parents during the admission process, such as contact details, academic records, and identification documents. This information is used solely for academic and administrative purposes, including communication, record-keeping, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Academy ensures that personal data is protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, by enrolling, students and guardians consent to the Academy using their data for internal analysis, academic research, promotional campaigns, or testimonials, unless explicitly objected to in writing.

Any misuse of Academy databases, hacking attempts, or unauthorized extraction of information by students or third parties will result in disciplinary and legal action.

12. Termination of Services

The Academy reserves the right to terminate services or expel students in cases of misconduct, violation of rules, non-payment of fees, academic dishonesty, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Termination may be immediate and without refund. Students may also lose access to online platforms, study material, and future services.

Students who wish to voluntarily terminate their enrollment must submit a formal written application. Termination does not relieve students or guardians of their financial obligations, including any outstanding payments due at the time of withdrawal.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the Academy’s services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Students and guardians agree to first attempt resolution of disputes through amicable discussion with the Academy’s management before pursuing legal remedies.

14. Amendments to Terms

Success Academy Nashik reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Academy’s website, notice board, or communicated via official channels. It is the responsibility of students and guardians to stay updated with the latest terms.

Continued enrollment or use of Academy services after changes have been implemented will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Contact Information

For any queries, clarifications, or grievances related to these Terms and Conditions or any other matter, students and parents may contact the Academy’s administrative office during working hours. The Academy will strive to respond promptly and fairly to all concerns raised.

Success Academy Nashik remains committed to fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and academic excellence, and these Terms and Conditions serve as a guide to ensure that every student’s journey with us is structured, respectful, and productive.
